Partial process automation

Very often, a new solution (application, system, RPA) is implemented because of the wide range of functions and tools it offers. However, it is essential to select exactly what you need and, above all, to describe the new functional process with the given automation well.

ERP and CRM system implementation

If it is a matter of optimizing multiple processes or even the entire company, and the company is ready to implement a comprehensive ERP system, we proceed as follows:

First, it is necessary to prepare the company for this fundamental change in terms of processes. ERP and CRM systems help to increase the efficiency of processes (and, of course, people), so it is necessary to understand the processes well and set up their functioning with the system. We usually conduct a series of workshops together with internal teams on:

• Understanding and mapping processes: In the first step, we focus on understanding the relevant processes in the company and, in particular, their interrelationships. For example, the centerpiece of a retail company may be an order, but it requires a lot of input from other processes: information about the customer, product type, assigned price. Furthermore, the order must ensure warehousing and logistics, invoicing, and payment options. Here we can see the important interconnection of several processes throughout the company. In manufacturing processes, this interconnection is sometimes even greater. Processes are analyzed by mapping the current state in detail and collecting information about data flows, including their interconnections.
• Requirement gathering: We gather all requirements for the new system with the client, focusing primarily on system requirements for processes.
• Design of new processes: Based on the collected requirements, we propose and design the basis for new processes. The goal is to show the client the ideal form of the process flow in the company, first at the conceptual level and then in detail.
• We prepare a basic data model. After agreeing on the concept with the client, we focus on more detailed interconnection of modules using data flows. We create a data model and suggest which modules are relevant for the client and which are not.
• We will help prepare the tender documentation for the system implementer. We can also recommend systems that could meet the given requirements and, if necessary, we will act as project managers on the client’s side.
• We often act as a “Partner for Change” – that is, we prepare a communication plan for the entire company and oversee change management.
