Leadership Academy – four modules – real results

1 Lead the Change

How to manage change in an organisation with maximum buy-in
Change is an inevitable part of every growing organisation. Leaders who can actively manage change — rather than simply announce it — significantly increase the chances of success. This module provides a comprehensive framework for managing change from strategy down to concrete team-level actions.

1. Organisational management styles — the Ambidexterity principle
2. Kotter change model — how to proceed systematically
3. The strategic level of Change Management in the organisation
4. Stakeholder mapping and communication — identifying allies and resistors
5. Change sponsorship from TOP management — how to gain and sustain it
6. The cultural dimension of change — when organisational culture is a bigger obstacle than technical issues
7. Typical reactions to change and approaches to overcoming resistance
8. Communication plan for employees and management
9. Combining project management techniques with Change Management

2 Lead the Process

How to ensure effective management of processes and projects
A leader who sees the full picture prevents problems before they arise. This module connects the principles of Lean, Agility and responsible delegation.

1. Agile management of the company and its processes
2. Lean management — the leader’s role
3. Defining goals and success metrics — OKR
4. Ownership and accountability
5. Prioritisation and decision-making — Eisenhower matrix, ICE scoring
6. Risk management
7. Kaizen and Agility — a culture of continuous improvement
8. Delegating with trust — the difference between delegating a task and delegating responsibility

3 Lead the Team

How to build high-performing teams and lead them to results
A high-performing team is not an accident — it is the result of a leader’s deliberate work with dynamics, trust and communication. This module connects classical and modern approaches to team leadership, including working with diversity and generational differences.

1. Team vs. working group — key differences and implications for leadership
2. 5 dysfunctions of a team — how to identify and overcome them
3. Psychological safety — the foundation of a truly high-performing team
4. Team roles and personality profiles — how team composition influences results
5. Leading diverse teams — Generation Z, values, working styles
6. Preparing and facilitating a professional team workshop
7. Negotiation and building consensus within the team
8. Delegation — how to hand over work and responsibility
9. Time management and procrastination

4 I am Leader

Me as a leader — authenticity, growth and personal impact
The final module closes the loop and integrates the insights from all previous sessions. We focus on authentic leadership — how to be a leader who is credible, inspires others and consciously builds an environment where people want to work and grow.

1. The Leadership Formula — key principles and current trends
2. Situational leadership — how to adapt your style to the maturity of a team member
3. Personal values and authenticity — how to be a leader people trust
4. Setting and evaluating goals (OKR) — from strategy to personal commitment
5. Giving and receiving feedback — as a tool for growth, not evaluation
6. Coaching and mentoring techniques for everyday practice
7. Leadership styles and how to apply them purposefully in different situations
8. The first 90 days in a new role — a framework for a successful leadership start
9. Developing colleagues’ skills — how a leader builds future leaders
