3. Process mapping – a complete swimlane diagram in 2 minutes

  • You will learn how to create flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and value stream maps using text prompts — without drawing, directly from an AI chat (Mermaid and AI tools).
  • Working with outputs, instant preview and export to SVG/PNG.
  • Automatic generation of process maps and VSM from text descriptions (Mermaid, Lucidchart, Draw.io, PowerBelt).

4. Root cause analysis with AI – AI as a brainstorming partner for Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys, and Pareto analysis

  • Expanding the fishbone diagram and iterating through 5 Whys.
