Pavel’s main consulting focus is deploying Operational Excellence into manufacturing companies to increase productivity, speed and room for growth of the company and for the personal growth of its employees. He helps companies create a safe working environment based on good habits in the execution of company processes and the active involvement of all employees in the development of a safe enterprise. Important success factor is to eliminate resistance related to such transformation and get support from people in the processes. Combination of change management approach with proper Lean and Six Sigma methodology implementation are key tasks for his consulting work. His personal motto: "Not occupy but create room!" He graduated from the Technical University in Brno, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and in 1999 he successfully completed his Ph.D. study. In 2007 he obtained the international certificate Lean Professional and in 2019 he obtained the Integrative Coach certificate.
