Milan's main focus is the creation of corporate strategies, the implementation of development programs and the implementation of Operational Excellence in order to increase productivity, process speed, or provide room for growth and innovation. Milan places great emphasis on the related Change Management - managing change in order to prepare people for organizational or process change and to break down any resistance that arises during these changes. Another pillar of consulting is helping organizations to set corporate and team strategy, as well as to design an organizational development program in the process, organizational or cultural areas. Milan is currently Managing Director for the Czech and Slovak offices and Managing Partner of the entire ICG holding with competence in IT development and digitalization. Milan also conducts training in Six Sigma methodologies, including certified Green Belt and Black Belt courses, of which he has completed more than 150. He studied at the University of Economics in Prague. And then MBA at DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt in Chicago.
