Karolína brings strong skills in process mapping and optimization to her work environment, focusing on minimizing risks within various processes. Her precise analytical abilities allow her to identify hidden opportunities for improvement that others may overlook. Since 2017, with a focus on the automotive industry, she has been implementing structured problem-solving methods, contributing to the overall efficiency of production processes. Through intensive training and consulting in areas such as A3, 8D, and Six Sigma, Karolína not only enhances process quality but also develops the capabilities of her colleagues and teams. Her ability to motivate and organize people ensures the successful implementation of systematic measures and creates a positive working atmosphere that fosters collaboration and innovation. Her education in the field of chemistry, with a specialization in materials engineering from UTB in Zlín, also provides her with essential technical knowledge. Karolína is therefore not only a process expert but also a valuable team member who combines technical expertise with effective leadership and the motivation of others.
