Jirka graduated from the the University of Brno with a focus on engineering technology and industrial management. Immediately after graduation, he joined a multinational medical company for almost nine years, where he worked in the process engineering and lean manufacturing department. He led teams and projects across operations to build a lean culture. He specializes in establishing a Lean culture, which he considers essential for the company's daily operations. He emphasizes the importance of setting up and effectively utilizing processes and tools that drive continuous improvement in performance. Jiri believes that working directly with the people on the shop floor is invaluable, as they possess the deepest knowledge and experience needed to achieve optimal results.
