Jan Matouš

As a consultant and lecturer for Integrated Consulting Group, he specializes in crisis management. His main objective is to promptly meet customer demands and establish sustainable solutions that result in increased productivity and zero defects. Jan specializes also in production equipment design, with a focus on determining the most productive line concept prior to production. After studying electro-mechanics with a focus on computer and information systems, Honza gained experience in designing and manufacturing automation lines at a major T1 Automotive company. From 2012 to present, he has held plant and regional management roles in China, USA and several EMEA countries, where he has led local teams as a crisis manager, covered the development of corporate LEAN / Kaizen culture, led productivity/quality improvement projects and implemented automated manufacturing and logistics processes. At ICG, Honza covers Lean Line Design methodology, crisis interventions in Automotive plants and corporate audits of production systems.
