He has practical experience with radical process performance improvement (productivity, delivery reliability, and lead time). Targets for his projects are increasing productivity, setup an upscaled development process, reducing direct costs on products, design for mass customization based on platformization and modularity. Jan realizes training on Design for Cost and Reliability. He studied at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. He completed study stays at Salford University, TU of Denmark, and FH Coburg. He was a research fellow at WOIS Institute Coburg.
